Shipping & Delivery

How much are shipping costs and what are delivery times?

We offer standard and express delivery options worldwide. We offer FREE Australia-wide shipping on orders over $300, usually delivered within 1-7 business days. All other orders within Australia incur a $10 Standard shipping rate, usually delivered within 2-8 business days, or a $22 Express shipping option, usually delivered within 1-4 days (major cities & towns). All shipping options come with tracking, transit insurance, and signature on delivery. Express orders are shipped within 1 day. Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note delivery times quoted are from the date an order has been dispatched. Regional areas may require longer delivery times. All delivery times are an estimate & Heavenly Stones Au cannot be responsible for any delay outside these times. Business days do not include public holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes Standard delivery with Australia Post is 6-27 business days, & Express Shipping, usually delivered within 5-10 business days. All international parcels are sent with tracking, transit insurance, and will require signature on delivery. International shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the country weight of your order. We use Australia Post to calculate these rates, which will be displayed during checkout. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($AU). International deliveries may incur customs duties or import taxes. Heavenly Stones Au is not responsible for these fees or any additional fees. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please get in touch with us hello@heavenlystones.com.au.

How do I track my order?

All parcels will include shipping carrier tracking. A tracking number and link to the courier website will be emailed to you on shipment of your parcel. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order. Please note for international orders that tracking updates after shipment can occasionally be delayed. If you require any updates during transit please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Do you offer transit protection & signature on delivery? What if I'm not home to sign for my parcel?

Yes all parcels are automatically covered with transit insurance protection for their full value. Signature on delivery will be required unless you directly authorise the shipping carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a note with details on whether they will re-attempt delivery, or collection point pick up information. If there are any concerns with your parcel or it hasn't arrived please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you have any concerns after contacting the carrier, please get in touch with us immediately on hello@heavenlystones.com.au with your order number.


Payments, Returns & Exchanges

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, AfterPay & Klarna. We also accept Bancontact & iDEAL.

Do you have Buy Now Pay Later options?

Yes we currently have Buy Now Pay Later options with AfterPay and Klarna.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the custom and one off nature of our offerings, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. Exchanges are reserved for damaged or faulty items on arrival. If any goods are faulty we will exchange the item for the same product. The goods must be unworn and in brand new condition. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We do our best to safely wrap and protect all items during shipment. In the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel via email (hello@heavenlystones.com.au) with your full name, order number, and description of the damage along with clear photographs. We will send you a return packing slip, and once the damaged item has been returned we will issue a replacement. If no replacement is available we will contact you to offer an alternative item or refund.

Where are you located?

We are currently an online-only retailer located in Sydney, Australia. We will have occasional pop up locations that will be announced on our social media pages & to our newsletter subscribers. Be sure to subscribe to stay updated.

Do you offer click & collect?

We currently do not offer Click & Collect options however we are working toward having this option available for our customers soon.

How do you reduce your carbon footprint?

We use recycled paper, compostible shipping bags with eco-friendly and compostible bubble wrap, and recyclable boxes. We use plastic bubble wrap for protection of delicate items during shipping & recommend upcycling the bubble wrap, donating it to shipping/packing companies, or taking it to your local soft plastic recycling centre. Some cities now have plastic recylclable collection or drop off points. In Sydney, Australia, these are the Redcycle drop off points widely available at Coles, Woolworths & Safeway.
