Frankincense trees are found in certain parts of Africa, Asia, Oman and Yemen. When the resin is hardened, it’s picked and steeped in water to drink, chew, or burned on charcoal as incense.

DIRECTIONS

Using tongs light your charcoal disc & place in a fire-safe bowl/diffuser in a ventilated area. Once the charcoal is lit (grey on the outer edges) add 1 piece of frankincense resin on the charcoal.

Enjoy the uplifting aroma. Let the smoke pass through the area you want to cleanse.

When the resin stops smoking, you may add 1-2 more frankincense resins & continue process as desired.
