DIRECTIONS

Using tongs light your charcoal disc & place in a fire-safe bowl/incense burner in a ventilated area. Once the charcoal is lit (grey on the outer edges) add 1 piece of frankincense resin on the charcoal.

Enjoy the uplifting aroma. Let the smoke pass through the area you want to cleanse. When the resin stops smoking, you may add 1-2 more frankincense resins & continue process as desired.
