FAQ

Can I purchase a one-off box without having to subscribe?

Absolutely! Simply select One-time purchase and Add to Cart. This option is available for the Premium box only. The Higher Self box is only available as a monthly or quarterly subscription at this stage.

Are the half price and Free Shipping options available every month? 

Yes. Free Australia-wide shipping, and half price international shipping, is included every month in the Higher Self monthly & Love quarterly subscription boxes. The Premium monthly subscription includes half price shipping worldwide ($5 Australia-wide shipping and $35 international shipping). The one-time purchase is not included in the discounted shipping rates.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely you can cancel anytime with no lock-in contracts. 

These boxes are an intentional, mindful practice with just the right amount of products for you to use. If for any reason you do not wish to continue, you may cancel anytime. No cancellation fees or charges, just login and cancel your subscription prior auto renewal on the 25th of each month. Simply open the welcome email you received on activating your subscription, and click the green tab titled “Manage subscription”. Follow the prompts to login & cancel anytime. 

Can I add products to my box?

Yes you may add purchases to your subscription order - please email us before the 25th of the month prior to the new subscription month so we can add your order to your box. For example if you’d like to add products to your January box, contact us before December 25 as packages are mailed early in the month.

Can I swap products / use a discount code for my subscription box?

Product swaps & discount codes for the subscription packages are unavailable at this time. 

What is the Premium & Higher Self subscription box?

We offer two subscription packages each month offering crystals & high end self care products to help you navigate that period in time. The Premium package is a $130AU monthly investment, and the Higher Self package is a $300AU monthly investment. 

The contents of each subscription box will be revealed on the first of each month.

Each package will contain:

• Minimum $350 worth of included value in the Higher Self box, and a minimum of $150 worth of value in the Premium Monthly box
• Extra value for money with a range of our  wellness products such as incense, jewelry & self care rituals
• Be among the first to try products before they go on sale
• On occasion, the box may also include exclusive & limited release items that are not available on our website, and free gifts 🎁 
• The right amount of products for you to use each month
• A detailed description of each product and how to use it in your day to day life
• A lunar calendar featuring the upcoming dates of the new moon & full moon 
• FREE Australia wide shipping on the Higher Self monthly subscription box, and half price international shipping

What is the Quarterly Love box?

Quarterly Love boxes are a unique offering shipped once every three months starting from the date of your subscription. The Quarterly Love box is a $300 quarterly investment and will feature that month’s Higher Self subscription box products and self care offerings. If you sign up to the Quarterly Love box you will receive one box every three months (as long as you are subscribed).

Will I receive the pictured items?

Images are indicative of various products that we include in our different monthly boxes and may not necessarily reflect the items in that month’s box. If the Item pictured is listed in that month’s box, items will reflect as close as possible to those listed in type, shape, size, and quality you can expect to receive. Crystals are a natural product and as with all natural products no two are the same and each one is unique.
